You can get the last 10 years question papers from JNU campus. You may get it some book stores too but prepare yourself to reasoning, Reading comprehension, artificial language, Grammer, language & country culture that affect their language. Y

Yes, you can apply for MA international relations. You need to score 50% in graduation and appear for the entrance test conducted by the university.
