There's a little correction I wish to make to your question, it is actually JIIT, Noida Sector 62.
Going towards the answer of your question,
I feel that with 73 marks in JEE Mains you might have secured around 1 lakh JEE mains rank, which can easily land you in JIIT Noida-62, but you won't be able to get a seat in computer science engineering or information technology, which are considered more demanding in the college but you'll be able to get a seat in electronics and communication engineering which is equally good w.r.t academics. Also, we have amazing faculty in JIIT Noida-128, wherein you might get computer science engineering as well as electronics and communication engineering.
So feel free to apply for the admissions.

As per the insights, JIIT is said to be better but in my opinion NIT is NIT be it in Mizoram or Delhi. Moreover, some factors do play a role but if u have enough talent u can succeed well. Afterlife is more important.

Next, let's come to the topic of JIIT, Noida:
JIIT has two campuses in Noida i.e. Sec-62 and Sec-128, wherein Sec-62 is considered better in terms of faculty, placements and overall stats.
So, is JIIT worthy of 12 lacs?
If you are planning for a private college, then I will recommend that JIIT is good for you. Spending same or more amount and taking admission in colleges like Amity, Sharda, etc., is no use.
JIIT offers a good campus (a bit small), decent infrastructure, decent faculty, good hostel facilities, a very nicely structured curriculum and yes, secured placement.
If you have fancy dreams about your college, then JIIT is not for you.
JIIT has a good name in Delhi/NCR. According to me, it's a good choice for those who have secured around 50K-60K rank in JEE Mains and are looking for a private college.
Spending 12 Lacs is heavy, but you'll be at a good place.

It will cost you around INR 12-14 lakhs for the whole course including standard hostel rent and mess charges.
