Admission to the JIIT Noida courses is entrance-based as well as merit based for certain courses such as BBA. There is no provision for direct admission, but candidates can get admission to the merit based admission process courses just by filling out the application form. However, for JIIT Noida M.Tech admission, the institute offers direct admission to candidates with an overall CGPA of 7.50 out of 10. Those students are exempted from GATE or other entrance exams and are eligible for direct admissions.

Dissatisfied about the curriculum, but placements are kind of okay.
Placements: Nearly 70 percent of students are placed. Top roles are business analyst and associate consultant. Top companies include startups and mass hirers like Infosys, Cognizant. Companies like Oracle and Amazon also do on-campus visits, and the overall hiring scene is okay.
Infrastructure: Classrooms depend on buildings; for B. Tech, they are not up to the mark and are in bad shape. Labs are clean and have facilities, but the experiments are bookish and some are not worth it. Food quality is normal, not too bad, but it gets boring after some time.
Faculty: The curriculum is very tough as there are 3 exams each semester, and the last exam covers the complete syllabus. Though there is relative grading, sometimes no one gets the A+ mark due to the bar. The debar percentage is about 65–70 percent, which is high.

JIIT: The ultimate college for placements.
Placements: More than 90% of students from the CSE department are placed, and the highest package offered so far is 90 LPA, as reported by LinkedIn. Top recruiters are Google, Microsoft, and Atlassian. Many students got an internship, with some even getting one in the first semester of their first year. Top roles offered are in SWE and SDE.
Infrastructure: Hostels are excellent in terms of price, but availability is based on CGPA. Food quality is excellent, and the campus features 24/7 medical facilities, including an ambulance and fire brigade. Wi-Fi speeds are also good. You can get around 50-60 Mbps, and you can access the library and cafe till 10:30 at night.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. 99% of them are PhD holders. The curriculum is very relevant, and the style of teaching coding is very good. Semester exams are made on the tougher side to encourage students to study, but the downside is that they give too much study pressure, preventing students from gaining extra skills.
Other: I chose this college over others because it has a very strong placement record.

Infrastructure: The department has well-maintained classrooms with smart boards and audiovisual teaching aids. There is Wi-Fi connectivity across the department. The computer lab is equipped with an updated system. The library has a good collection of textbooks, reference books, and general books. Seminar halls are also available for presentations and guest lectures.

Very Satisfied, good studies, good environment, good location, and decent crowd.
Placements: Placements are excellent, and overall, the training and companies visited are good. The coding culture is, I guess, less active otherwise. If you join the clubs, then it'll be sorted out. Placement and internship opportunities depend more on your efforts if done properly. 12 LPA is very easy to get if you're from CSE in 62.
Infrastructure: The campus is not so big, like three buildings in which 1 is a hostel, but properly maintained with all facilities, with smart classrooms, and good food by Annapurna. The sports facilities are okay, and they have three entry gates and a parking area, 1 auditorium in JBS.
Faculty: The SDF exams are very difficult, they are most difficult in terms of private colleges. If you are opting for CSE, learn coding beforehand. Other subjects are okay, but you need to study for at least 2 weeks before exams. 1 all-nighter will barely let you pass. The curriculum is good.

Good Infrastructure and Placements
Placements: Well, a good amount of students were placed in the course. The highest package went for 95 LPA, and the lowest is around 4 LPA. The average is going near around 10 LPA. Top recruiting companies include LinkedIn, Zomato, and Google. Top roles offered are data scientist.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and connectivity are pretty good. It is directly located at Noida Electronic City metro station; thus, it is very easy to travel to. Hostels are also very good. Every single hostel has 2 rooms and AC as well. Classrooms are good, Wi-Fi is good, and I love the library.
Faculty: Faculty is very good in teaching their subjects. The curriculum feels up to date, and exams are also a treat to do. There happen to be 3 exams in the college: T1, T2, and T3. T3 is the end semester. They are respectively of 20 and 35 marks. Teachers are very helpful.
Other: I chose this course because I had interest in the Mathematics and Computing branch.

Jaypee could be a better option than other private colleges.
Placements: Most people do get placed but the package is a little less. But it is still better than other colleges. The average is around 9 LPA and the highest goes up to 60–70 LPA. Internship scene is not so good, but this year Google, Zscaler, Cisco took 2–4 students each with very high stipend. Google is giving 1.35 Lacs per month.
Infrastructure: There are clean classrooms, well-equipped labs, huge library, overall campus Wi-Fi and hostel Wi-Fi (with limit), medical facility, psychological counselling, cafe, and huge common mess. The college lacks in sports facilities, but as a technology college I will say that it is fine.
Faculty: The faculty is nice, syllabus is updated time to time, classes are held regularly. The exams are very difficult but there is relative grading which makes things a little easier. The subjects are practical-based and a lot of projects are involved in curriculum.
Other: There is only one fest in a year, otherwise only small tech events. The crowd is okay as the admissions are merit based.

Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT), Noida, BSc admission is conducted in three different modes. To get admission in the BSc cousre, candidates can choose any one admission procedure as per their qualification. There are three admission modes:

Direct mode: Candidates are offered direct admission based on their score in the Class 12 exam. Candidates must score 75% marks or equivalent, in aggregate in three subjects, i.e., Mathematics, Physics, and English.

JIIT UGCET: Class 12 passed out students can apply for the JIIT UGCET entrance exam. JIIT conducted the UGET admission in two rounds, the first round was conducted for all the candidates who completed their registration up to 30 April. The second admission round was conducted for the candidates who applied in May 2024. 

CUET (UG): Students can also apply for the CUET exam. Common University Entrance Test, also known as CUET UG, is a national-level entrance exam conducted by NTA for admission to UG courses offered by participating institutes. Students should have passed Class 12 from a recognised board in Science or a relevant stream to be admitted to bachelor’s degree programs in the Central Universities.

Q:   How can I get admission in JIIT Noida MBA course?
A: 

Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT), Noida, MBA admission is conducted via the entrance exam scores. To get admission in the MBA cousre, candidates can choose any one admission procedure as per their qualification. Candidates must follow the below steps for admission:

  • Eligibility Criteria for MBA: Bachelor degree in any discipline with 50% (45% for SC/ST) aggregate marks or CGPA score and valid score of CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT/GMAT/ATMA/CUET-PG.
  • Application are shortlisted based on valid CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT/GMAT/ATMA/CUET-PG score.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion and Personal interview.
  • The final selection will be based on the merit prepared considering the test score, language roficiency and performance in GD/PI.
  •  Candidates must have a pass grade in all subjects of qualifying exam.
  •  Candidates appearing in qualifying examination in 2025 are also eligible.
Q:   What is the eligibility criteria for JIIT Noida MSc Microbiology?

JIIT Noida MSc in Microbiology programme is offered by the Department of Biotechnology established in 2002, remains committed to provide research-informed teaching and learning, and vibrant R & D environment. Candidates can find below the eligibility criteria for JIIT Noida MSc Microbiology: 

  •  Candidates must have passed BSc (Hons) / BSc General /BTech in any branch of Life Sciences such as Biotechnology/ Biochemical Engineering/ Industrial Biotechnology/ Industrial Microbiology/ Bioengineering/ Food Technology etc. 
  • Undergraduate Degree in any branch of Life Sciences/ Medical Sciences/ any branch of Biology under 10+2+3 pattern securing minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST) or equivalent grade point on a 10 point scale in the aggregate in Science subjects (considering all the three years of B.Sc. course). 
Q:   Does JIIT Noida accept the CUET exam for BBA course?
A: 

Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT), Noida does accepts CUET (UG) for admission to the BSc course. Candidates must qualify the exam and get shortlisted on the merit list prepared by the institute based on the CUET score. 

Common University Entrance Test also known as CUET UG is a national-level entrance exam conducted by NTA for admission to UG courses offered by participating institutes. Admission will be offered based on merit of CUET (UG) marks scored in General
Test + English + one of the other subjects. CUET UG 2025 city slip and CUET UG 2025 admit card will be issued tentatively in first week of May 2025. Registered candidates will be able to download the CUET city slip and admit card online by entering the CUET UG 2025 login. 

Q:   Does JIIT Noida accept the CUET exam for BSc course?

Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT), Noida does accepts CUET (UG) for admission to the BSc course. Candidates must qualify the CUET exam and get shortlisted on the merit list prepared by the institute. Q:   What are the additional costs, such as accommodation, food, and books to be paid at Jaypee Noida University?

There are various additional costs that students will have to pay in addition to the total tuition fee. This includes hostel charges which are INR 1 Lacs per semester (Gen) and USD 1500 (NRI/Foreign). Students will have to pay INR 20,000 for all programmes (one-time refundable after completion of the programme). 

Q:   What is the mode of JIIT UGET exam for BBA at JIIT Noida?
A: 

JIIT UGET exam is conducted as a computer based test at JIIT campus in Noida. Candidates who apply for the JIIT UGET exam will find the exam offline at the test centre. JIIT may use OMR marking system to administer the UGET exam for BBA admissions. Candidates will have to choose the correct answer option while filling the JIIT UGET asnswer sheet. 

 
 
Q:   Can I get admission in Jaypee Noida without JEE?
A: 

Jaypee Institute of Information Technology BTech admission is subject to entrance exam. Candidates should have minimum of 60% marks (45% for SC/ST) in aggregate in Class 12 or its equivalent examination. Aspirants with gap year (if any) between their Class 12 will be required to submit Gap Period Affidavit  (available at university website).
