Every year JSS Medical College admits 250 students in their MBBS program. The college is known to have a good infrastructure and a highly qualified and experienced teaching faculty. To get an admission in JSS Medical College, candidates are required to meet certain eligibility criteria. The admission process for various courses offered by the college varies. For example, to gain admission in the M.Sc program, one needs to appear for COMEDK PGET and should have scored 55% in the UG program. Similarly, for admission to the MBBS/BDS/MD/MS/MDS/DM/MCh courses, it is mandatory to obtain a rank in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) and undergo the counselling/allotment of seats process by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), New Delhi. Moreover, the cut-off for MBBS varies each year and is usually quite high for the general category (UR).
