As per the ranking SRM University, Chennai Campus is better than KIIT in terms of placement, infrastructure and other criteria. So go for SRM, Chennai campus. All the best.

It's better to join VIT Vellore branch. With you rank, you can get CSE core branch there and Vellore has a reputation of good placements. So, I prefer you to take VIT, Vellore branch and it is far better than KITEEE.

A minimum of 60% is required for getting admission in any branch. Go to the counseling you may get admission according to your rank and class 10th marks.

Yes, you can get civil engineering with your rank but it is totally up to you if want to join KIIT.
