Any percentile above 80 is a safe bet. So you have a good chance provided your overall profile is also good.

CAT is on the lower side.but If ur overall academic profile is extremely strong with good marks and any other notable achievements both academic and non academic, then u may get a call. coz evaluation is profile based

i have called on the no.which was given on the website...one sir said that cmat scores are not accepted in ifmr. i got 95.29%ile in cmat.
