Candidates must have a valid score from the national entrance test, either the INI CET or the NEET MDS, in order to be eligible for MDS. NEET PG is the eligibility-cum-ranking test that D.Y. Patil Dental College requires as the entrance exam for MDS. Based on the National Eligibility and Entrance Test merit list, all dental educational institutions will use a common counselling process for admission to all postgraduate MDS courses. The Directorate General of Health Services is responsible for providing common counselling services. The ‘All India Common Entrance Test’ conducted by Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune is also a valid consideration.
