Sanyam, with these JEE marks, you won't be getting a good college through JOSAA. Even otherwise too also you won't get a good college.
Try for admission in some good private universities like Lovely, Amity, Manipal, etc where with their own tests they take admission. Clear the test and go for admission.
All these universities have wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements that they offer. Some even offer scholarships.

The department of Computer Science & Engineering was established in 1997, initially offering Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering. The department focuses on mastering the fundamental concepts both theoretically and practically. The department is providing motivation for learning, intellectual efficacy and self-reliance which provide the best foundation for continuing professional achievement. The B.Tech Computer Science & Engineering program offered by the department had been accredited twice by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) in 2003 and in 2007. Keeping in view the growth in industry and increasing demand of professionals, the department has started a postgraduate program to offer Master of Technology in Computer Engineering. The program provides intensive training to the students at advanced level to enable them to take up research and development activities. The course curriculum has been specially tailored to fulfill the growing global outlook and focus on upcoming technologies in the field of Computer Science and Engineering to cater to the needs of the industry and R&D organizations.

The cut-off cannot be confirmed, it changes every year.
Procedure to get admission:
It conducts an entrance exam every year. You need to score good marks in the exam. A merit list is prepared and on the basis of the same admission is offered. You need to check out the university's website and fill the application form.
