After making a course selection, aspirants must make sure that they meet the course-specific eligibility criteria and then apply to their desired course. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria have to fill out the MIT COM application form within the stipulated date. They must cross-check all the details and uploaded documents before submitting the application form.Further, applicants are required to go through the pre-defined MIT COM selection process after the application process ends. Candidates who get shortlisted will have to complete the documentation process after receiving their results. The shortlisted candidates will then be called for an interview and can complete the admission formality.

Around 50% of credits (80 credits) will be awarded for the courses related to the students major and around 20 credits will be given for the minor subject. There will also be a variety of ability enhancement courses, skills enhancement courses and value-added courses. You will be able to opt for either research or advanced courses worth 12 credits. Accordingly, the student will be awarded either B.A. (Honours) English with research or B.A. (Honours) English. Internship will also be a compulsory component of the programme structure.
