Also, candidates are required to appear for the MITID Design Aptitude Test (DAT) based on which candidates will be selected for further admission rounds which include the Studio test and Personal Interview (PI) rounds. The final selection list is made on cumulative assessment of all rounds and for final seat allotment, candidates will be required to report to the admission cell at MITID for document verification and fee payment.

The university offers multiple UG and PG courses in the stream of Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Management, etc. For admission to courses such as MBA, MCA, BTech, MTech, BArch, etc., it's mandatory for candidates to submit the scores of any relevant entrance exam, which is accepted at either the state or national level. Apart from this, admissions to courses such as BCA, BBA, BSc, MA, BCom, etc., are done based on the merit of candidates in their last qualifying exam as per the course's requirements. For some courses, the selection process also includes qualifying for Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds.

Yes, MIT ADTU admissions to MBA are completely entrance-based. Candidates can apply via a valid score of CAT for admission to MBA. However, the university also accepts scores of other entrance exams. Candidates who belong to the state of Maharashtra can qualify for MAH MBA CET, which is a state-level entrance exam conducted for admission to Management courses. Apart from this, the university also accepts scores of other entrance exams such as CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ AIMA/ GMAT, some of which are conducted at the national-level. In order to get admission to this course, interested candidates can qualify for any one of the respective entrance exams with a valid score ad submit their scores at the time of admission.
