Hi Neha,
No, it is not true. Outsiders can also get admission in this college. Although the students of Gujarat get reservations, but outsiders are also allowed to take admission in non-reserved seats.

After going through the information I could not find any restrictions as to the domicile of the student for getting admission.
6 years ago I got 84 marks in NATA and 82% in CBSE. Can I get admission in MSU?
