Both of them are very good for B.Tech but when you go for top NITs then leave NIIT but once check out your branch profile in both the institutes and this will help you.

NIIT would be the best option if you want to pursue only CSE. The placements provided by the NIIT in last years were appreciable. NIIT is known for its IT sector and specialization in computer field.
