To get admission to BA LLB at NMIMS Mumbai, students are required to pass Class 12 with 50% aggregate in the respective subjects from a recognised board. Admission to this course is merit-based. Students are selected based on a valid score of NLAT or CLAT. 

NMIMS Mumbai also offers a three-year dual degree BBA course in International Business through the Center for International Studies. This course is offered in collaboration with Kingston University, London, where two years will be taught at NMIMS Mumbai campus and the remaining one year will be taught at Kingston University. Those who pass Class 12 with 60% aggregate in the respective subjects and have a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 TOEFL 80 or equivalent is required for those for whom English is not their first language or do not meet 70% and above score in the English Language are eligible to apply to this course.
