Normally, the eligibility is capped at 50% or 55% marks in graduation. As you have scored lower than this I am afraid you may be declared ineligible. But approach administration staff and please your case personally. You may succeed.

In case you don't get the desired college, don't settle for something mediocre college. Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better if you try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Tech degree with various specializations. They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even offer direct admission on basis of class 12 marks. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on basis of your performance in class 12 or JEE or even during the course. You can check the details of any of the reputed universities like VIT, Lovely, SRM, etc. All these universities have a wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements.

A pass in the two-year Intermediate Examination of A. But expecting into Osmania University or JNTUH for CSE, ECE, EEE and IT with that rank is not possible. But you can still try as there are people who leave the seats if they go for IIT's or NIT' s so do try. But if you are interested for other branches.
Like bio tech, chemical, civil them there are chances for you to land into JNTUH. Try other colleges (private) for your interested branches, which have their placements and faculty members as good as JNTUH, like CBIT, Vasavi, VNR Vignan, Gokaraju Rangaraju, SreeNidhi, BVRIT, MGIT, etc. If you would like to go, then give it a try. , According to the last year analysis you cannot get seat into osmania university into civil and mechanical branches. But if you don't want to join into those branches. Don't worry you can go to some lower college with desired branch even those colleges have some better facilities than OU and JNTUH.
