All the candidates who are willing to appear for the admission in PDPU 2017 must meet the eligibility norms set by the university. The candidates will be admitted to various undergraduate engineering courses only if they appear in the JEE Mains entrance test. Admission to 50% of seats will be through Admission Committee for Professional Course (ACPC) and other 50% will be done by B.Tech Admission Committee (BAC- PDPU). Go for PDPU. Forget about Balaji. SPM's average package is more than Balaji. Also, college has better ranking than Balaji.

With respect to the salary package, it's ambiguous and subjective. I believe if you have passion for energy sector then PDPU is a better choice.
