Laptops are not provided for PGCET students and also for management students. You have to get your own laptop's.

Transportation facilities are good you will get convenient bus facilities from malleshwarm, there are lot of buses travelling from majestic also. College buses also there for transportation to different location in Bangalore.

Join the college first and then take PGCET exam ,so if you get selected again in PGCET to Pes university then you can drop management seat and fee will be refunded to you

For getting in to PES university you should be having rankings within 1000, so as per your ranking you have least chances to get in to PES . so it is better to try PESSAT exam or you can opt for other colleges also

Hostel seats are served on first come first served ,so it depends on you. Yes the PGCET exam is next month and results and seat selection will take 3 month's time but in the mean time college will be started for this batch.

What is the attendance criteria in college? How much attendance is required to sit for the exam?

You should have min 75% attendance to take exam , attendance is strict in college. If you maintain 95% you will get 5marks in internals so I suggest to maintain good attendance.
