M.Sc. Physics entrance is not that big of a deal. In Fact it's pretty easy if you are a B.Sc Physics honors student and your basics are a bit clear. If you are not, you might have to work a bit hard. So, just look UPAT the previous year question papers of DUM. Sc. Entrance. DU is much likely to repeat the questions or the pattern. Also weightage is given to the syllabus of last year of physics honors. So work on your nuclear, atomic, of course MP, solid state, Electromagnetic Theory and a few more subjects, just try to get an idea from the PYQP.

Otherwise, you can try colleges under Panjab University like S. D College, DAV College, and Government College for boys. These colleges comes under Panjab University and have B.Com course available there.
