Your degree is not valid because it is through distance education, however, you can apply jobs in private sector.

To apply for B.sc (hons) agriculture, there is an entrance test, based on your marks and rank you can take admission. Additionally, there are some seats reserved for ICAR quota you can also take admission through that

Shuats is a deemed university it doesn't offers distance education. So you asked for MBA from distance which is not available in shuats, but you can try on campus MBA programs here. There are several specialisation courses available.
