Eligibility criteria for abm/pgdm:
The minimum qualification for admission is a Bachelors Degree from a recognized university or institution with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% in case of SC, ST and persons with disability) in agricultural and allied sciences or any other discipline.

Go for the counseling for BEd colleges.B.Ed Course Eligibility: A minimum aggregate score of 50% in graduation is a requisite for admission.A minimum aggregate score of 55% at the post-graduate level is mandatory for admission into colleges for the B. Ed curriculum.

As far as it is UGC approved, and a recognized university, it should not matter. However, such colleges and universities are very few, so enquire properly before getting in and getting out. Moreover, private colleges work best for working professionals, more than students.
