You must prepare for it extremely methodically, be very determined, and remember that passing any exam does not imply that you are knowledgeable about the related subject. Now that you have the basics down, you can start studying for the exam. For example, in organic Chemistry you should begin by reading Clayden and Warren's book and learning about GOC, PI molecular orbitals for benzene, annulene, and various conjugated PI systems, stereochemistry, and various types of reactions and their mechanisms. Next, you should read about retrosynthesis, photochemistry, carbohydrate, amino acids, and spectroscopy (NMR, IR, UV-visible)
When studying inorganic Chemistry you should first learn about acids and bases, Redox Reactions and chemical bonds. After you have correctly mastered these concepts, you should move on to learning about electronegativity, atomic radius, electron affinity, ionisation potential, organometallics, and bio inorganic Chemistry. For physical Chemistry you now begin with numerical constants, various curve types, molarity, normality, and molality. Next, you move on to Chemical Equilibrium gaseous state, ionic equilibrium, phase diagrams (up to three component systems), Thermodynamics electrochemistry, quantum mechanics, spectroscopy, and the adsorption isotherm. You must practise for prior year papers in addition to learning the fundamentals.

There are no B.Tech programmes available through the University of Hyderabad. It does, however, provide admission to a five-year Integrated M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering, provided that applicants complete the necessary requirements and obtain a passing score in the JEE Main exam. With effect from the academic year 2014-2015, the School of Computer and Information Sciences at UoH launched this five-year Integrated M.Tech degree. After five years, students receive an M.Tech degree; however, there is no way out before that point.

To get admission to the University of Hyderabad's MBA programme, you need to have a valid score in the Common Admission Test CAT conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (Iims). However, the CAT score is only one of the many factors that are considered during the admission process. The university also takes into account your academic background, work experience (if any), and performance in the Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds. There is no fixed minimum CAT score required for admission to the University of Hyderabad's MBA programme, as the cutoff varies each year based on various factors such as the number of applicants, their CAT scores, and the seats available. Generally, a CAT score of around 80 percentile or above would be considered competitive for admission to the University of Hyderabad's MBA programme. However, this is only a rough estimate, and the actual cutoff may be higher or lower depending on the factors mentioned earlier. It is essential to note that while a good CAT score can increase your chances of getting admission, it is not the only deciding factor. Therefore, it is essential to prepare thoroughly for the GD and PI rounds and have an impressive academic and professional profile to increase your chances of securing a seat in the University of Hyderabad's MBA programme.
