I have 63% in board but my JEE Main rank is 18360. Am I eligible of getting admission in VSSUT?

Yes, you are if your AIR is 18360 but if this is your State rank then maybe not. From now on board marks don't affect JEE rank.

For B.Tech regular, you have to appear for JEE Main examination. OJEE conducts the counselling programme based on JEE rank. For B.Tech lateral entry (after Diploma), OJEE exam is required, not for regular B.Tech.
