The BIT MCA Entrance exam is a computer-based practored test. It includes 100 MCQs carrying 100 marks. The question paper is going to be divided into two parts: Part A (Computer Fundamentals) and Part B (Mathematics, Analytical Ability, and General English), each with 50 questions.
For each correct answer, you will get one mark. No negative marking for incorrect responses.

BIT MCA 2025 application form process has ended. Candidates were able to fill out and submit their BIT MCA application form by May 15, 2025. Previously, the last registration date was April 30, 2025.

The candidates will not be guaranteed admissions if they meet the BIT MCA cutoff. Since many other factors will also considered by the authorities for admissions, the candidates who meet the cutoff will have higher chances of admission into their preferred campuses. The BIT MCA cutoff will be prepared by the authorities of BIT Mesra, Ranchi. After preparing the cutoff by checking the various determining factors, the cutoff will be used for allotment of students into the campuses offering MCA courses. The BIT MCA cutoff will differ for every category and campus selected by the candidates.

No. The candidates do not need to submit the print-out of the BIT MCA application form to the admission office. The BIT MCA application process is online and the authorities will not accept any other mode of application. The official BIT MCA registration link will be available at bitmesra.ac.in. Candidates will have to fill out and submit the application form online.
