BIT MCA Entrance Exam

BIT MCA 2025 application form process has ended. Candidates were able to fill out and submit their BIT MCA application form by May 15, 2025. Previously, the last registration date was April 30, 2025.

Candidates are advised to check the BIT MCA 2025 official schedule carefully to know when the various examination and admission-related events will be conducted by the authorities. By following the schedule, the candidates will have fewer chances of missing out on important events.

The candidates will not be guaranteed admissions if they meet the BIT MCA cutoff. Since many other factors will also considered by the authorities for admissions, the candidates who meet the cutoff will have higher chances of admission into their preferred campuses. Before the counselling process, the candidates should check the previous year's cutoff to know their probable admission status. 

The authorities will consider many examination and admission-related factors while preparing the BIT MCA cutoff. Some of the important determining factors are the overall exam difficulty level, previous years' cutoff trends, total number of qualified candidates, total number of seats available, etc. All of these factors will be checked carefully by the authorities while preparing the cutoff for admissions.

The BIT MCA cutoff will be prepared by the authorities of BIT Mesra, Ranchi. After preparing the cutoff by checking the various determining factors, the cutoff will be used for allotment of students into the campuses offering MCA courses. The BIT MCA cutoff will differ for every category and campus selected by the candidates.

No. The candidates do not need to submit the print-out of the BIT MCA application form to the admission office. The BIT MCA application process is online and the authorities will not accept any other mode of application. The official BIT MCA registration link will be available at bitmesra.ac.in. Candidates will have to fill out and submit the application form online. 

While filling out the BIT MCA application form, you can select a maximum of three campuses, in the order of preference. Campuses will be allotted basis the preferences of the candidates, their performance in the entrance test, as well as online interview.

If the BIT MCA application form correction facility is made available, then the candidates will be able to edit/correct their previously submitted details. However, not all information will be available for corrections. Basic information such as name, email address, mobile number, category, etc., will likely not be open for changes.  

As per the previous years' records, the BIT MCA application form correction facility is not going to be available. However, if the facility is made available, the latest notification will be announced online by the authorities.
