In the recent times, BPT course has been withdrawn from the circular of courses available in any AIIMS throughout the country. So, you cannot apply to AIIMS.

You need to score more than 120 to get an admission in AIIMS. However, it is not enough because every year, the cutoffs increases. So, do not set any marks before rather, I would suggest you to focus on studying well and give best performance
