The eligibility criteria for AIIMS B.Sc. Nursing Hons may vary depending on the specific institution's requirements. However, in general, to be eligible for the programme, you must have completed your 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics Chemistry Biology and English as compulsory subjects. You must have also obtained a minimum aggregate of 55% marks in these subjects. Since your date of birth is mentioned as 10/12/2004, it is likely that you are currently 18 years old or younger. If this is the case, you may not be eligible for admission to the programme because some institutions may have a minimum age requirement for admission. It is also possible that there may have been other factors or errors that caused your application to be incomplete or rejected.

You have chosen good institutions for your M.Sc. Biotechnology. But the choice totally depends on your personal preferences and career goals. AIIMS is known for its medical biotechnology research and JNU has more range of research in biotechnology. If you see AIIMS had an advantage of being a medical institute where you can get facilities but in JNU you will only lean towards research area. And also cost of living and such factors are there which you should consider.
