In this sequence I suggest you that Anand International College of Engineering, Jaipur is better in ME for providing conceptual education in minimum cost form other institutions and has following aspects:

Don't worry if you have reappeared in B.Pharma, you need to fill up a re-evaluation form if you are confident about your exam that you had an attempt. Sometimes, the university should clear the exam, otherwise, you need to fill up a reappear form and you have to prepare for the exam again and get a chance to attempt next semester.
