The college offers the MBBS programme for the duration of 4 years and 6 months along with a year-long internship. The sanctioned intake for the programme is 100 seats, out of which 74 seats are reserved for the minority network and 10 seats fall under the CMC Vellore Staff quota. The rest of the 16 seats are reserved for the open category candidates. CMC Vellore MBBS Eligibility Criteria: 50% marks in 10+2 with Physics Chemistry and Biology (or Botany or Zoology with English . A valid score in NEET UG All the MBBS aspirants should have obtained a minimum of 50th percentile in the Undergraduate NEET examination (40th percentile for candidates applying for seats in the SC/ST quota). CMC Vellore MBBS Selection Criteria: In order to seek admission to MBBS, the aspirants need to appear for an entrance examination, popularly known as NEET UG conducted by NTA. The college will conduct the selection process based on the marks secured by the candidates in NEET. All candidates applying to CMC Vellore for MBBS also have to apply to the Tamil Nadu Selection Committee for the counseling process in the category of Management quota seats in Self-financing Medical Colleges of Tamil Nadu.

Admission into MBBS at CMC Vellore candidates must have completed 10+2 with 50% with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English (as a compulsory subject) from the recognized board. Admission to MBBS at CMC Vellore candidates has to appear for NEET UG and score at least 50% (40% for SC/ST candidates), followed by counseling.
