To get enrolled in the MBBS course at St John's Medical College, a student needs to complete the eligibility requirements. Students should secure a minimum of 50% aggregate in the specific subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English. iii) Pass in English subject in PUC is mandatory.

The college is strict when it comes to eligibility requirements for B.Sc. Anaesthesia & Operation Theatre Technology, requiring c&idates to have passed two-years Pre-University examination with Physics, Chemistry, & Biology as principal courses of study, or have a Diploma programme from Government Boards recognised by RGUHS for lateral entry to the second year.
