Pendharkar College of Arts, Science and Commerce for reserved category students is based on the merit list, which is prepared by considering the marks obtained by the student in the qualifying examination, and as per the rules and regulations of the University of Mumbai and the Government of Maharashtra. The student should have passed Std. XII (Science) examination with minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved category) in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics.

The candidates who have taken admission in Under Graduate courses of Government Colleges, in Government aided and unaided courses conducted by affiliated colleges and recognised Institutions may request for refund of fees after applying in writing for cancellation of their admission to the course.
The refund of fees as applicable shall be made

From 21st day upto 50 days after the commencement of the academic terms of the course.
