The programme is 4 years long, and you can apply through the IISc website. Note that the Division of Biological Sciences does not offer this program, and you should apply for the Integrated PhD in Physics programme instead, which requires a JAM Score or JEST Score.

To get admission to B.Sc. (Research) in Physics at the Indian Institute of Science, the candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in +2/12th Standard and qualify in one of the national tests - KVPY/ IIT-JEE (Main) or (Advance)/ NEET. The duration of the programme is 4 years (8 semesters). NRI candidates with Overseas Citizenship of India are also eligible to apply. However, there is no specific subject offered in the Bachelor of Science (Research) program, but biology can be taken as a major subject in the courses.
