Hansraj College is one of the most reputed college and it do offers placements and is better than other colleges of Delhi University for computer science. But, yes, engineering is always preferred over BSc (H). So, if you are interested in that do go for it, else HRC is good college.

There isn't any Entrance exam this year most probably as it isnt announced in the official website.
Also, no idea if you can get into SRCC, Hindu or Hansraj. It depends on this year's cut-off.
