Delhi University for all its affiliated colleges, including Hansraj College started considering CUET UG exam 2025 for admission to its UG courses. For postgraduate courses, DU-affiliated colleges will be considering CUET PG conducted by NTA starting in 2025. Hansraj College's admission process for UG or PG courses consists of six major steps which include registration for CUET UG or PG, appearance in the relevant exam, registration for DU CSAS, CSAS counselling process, merit list release and seat allocation.
Step 1: CUET Registration 2025
Candidates interested for admission to Hansraj College must visit the online application portal to apply for the CUET UG and CUET PG exam. Candidates must also pay a registration fee, followed by the submission of relevant documents. Check below the detailed application process for both exams:
Step 2: Appear for the CUET exam
After successful registration for CUET UG/ PG exam, candidates must appear for the exam as per the schedule in the subject of their choice. Next, candidates can check their CUET UG result on the official website of the NTA, similarly for CUET PG results. After the result declaration candidates must apply for DU CSAS counselling process to secure a seat at Hansraj College.

Step 4.1: After the declaration of the CUET UG exam, register on the DU CSAS portal in multiple phases.
Step 4.2: Submit College + Course combination preferences in the order of priority on the CSAS dashboard. Here aspirants of Hansraj College should select their desired course and Hansraj College as the preferred combination.
Step 4.3: The University releases the dates for three DU CSAS Seat Allocation Lists for all categories.
- The "freeze" option in seat allocation for CSAS (DU) is to be selected by the students to confirm their admission choice to the allocated college and course at DU.
- If candidates are happy with the assigned college and course, they can freeze the request through their dashboard.
- Once they select this option, they will not be considered for "upgradation" of choice in further rounds of CSAS.
- Candidates must only select this option only if they are satisfied with the allocated seat and want to take admission to this course & college
- If they do not choose to upgrade or freeze your admission, their current status will be maintained.
Step 4.4: Once the candidate "Accept" the provisionally allocated seat, the concerned college will verify the eligibility and documents uploaded by the candidate online. The college has an option to 'Accept' or 'Reject' the admission of the student basis the verification.
Step 4.5: Once the DU-affiliated college accords the approval, candidates will have to pay the 'Admission Fee' to confirm their seat.
On the basis of the availability of seats due to rejections, cancellations, and withdrawals, DU may announce multiple allocation rounds. The University of Delhi will display the vacant seats on its admission website (admission.uod.ac.in) before every allocation round.

Admission to all the courses provided by Hans Raj College is entrance-based. While this Delhi University-affiliated college accepts CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses, such as BA, BA (Hons), BSc (Hons) and BCom, admission to all the postgraduate courses will be subject to the CUET- PG exam starting admission 2025.
