Yes, you can easily get this college at this rank and in whichever branch you want under the reserved category quota and for that you have to wait till the last round of the counselling.

Yes, you can easily get admission in this colleges with this score. But, you should try for the other good colleges of Delhi, Ghaziabad and other private colleges as your score is quite good.
