No, IIT Indore BTech admission is strictly entrance based. Admission to IIT Indore BTech is allotted on the basis of candidates' performance in JEE Main exam, candidates who qualify IIT Indore JEE Main cutoff are then required to appear for JEE Advance followed by  the counselling round conducted by JoSAA. JEE Main is also the eligibility test for JEE Advanced. Only those candidates who have qualified for JEE Main are eligible to appear for JEE Advanced entrance test for admission to IIT Indore BTech courses. Yes, IIT Indore offers a BTech programme. The BTech programme at IIT Indore is a four-year UG programme. Chemical engineering, engineering physics, space sciences and engineering, mathematics and computing, civil engineering, and electrical engineering are among the nine specialisations in which this course is offered. Entrance is the basis for admission to the BTech programme at IIT Indore. IIT Indore JAM Cutoff 2024 has been released for Round 2. The most competitive course was M.Sc in Biotechnology with the Cutoff rank of 64. For the OBC AI category candidates, the Cutoff for M.Sc in Biotechnology closed at 135.If the Cutoff rank is more than 64, for the General AI category candidates, there is no scope for admission to IITs for M.Sc in Biotechnology.
