IIT Indore's admission process consists of the application process, selection round, cutoff, merit list, and counselling. Candidates who wish to receive admission to IIT Indore must meet the course-specific eligibility criteria and apply online before the last date of application. 1. IIT Indore Application Process
Candidates seeking admission at IIT Indore are required to complete the application form for the course-specific entrance exam. For example, for IIT Indore BTech, candidates are required to apply for JEE Main followed by JEE Advanced application. Similarly, for the MSc, IIT JAM application form is required to be completed.
2. Selection Rounds
IIT Indore admits students to BTech courses based on JEE Main and JEE Advanced scores. Candidates are allotted seats in JoSAA Counselling for BTech, BTech-MTech (Dual Degree), and BS courses. Admission to MTech is through GATE followed by COAP Counselling. The institute considers IIT JAM and CCMN Counselling for MSc courses. Candidates can check with the admission office for the selection rounds of the rest of the courses.
3. Release of Cutoff list, Counselling & Admission Confirmation
The IIT Indore cutoff for BTech, MTech, and MSc courses is released by the respective counselling bodies. IIT Indore will release the course-wise merit list for merit-based courses on its official website. As per the merit list, candidates are called for counselling for seat allotment. Shortlisted candidates must then pay the admission fee to confirm their seats.

IIT Indore course fees include multiple components, such as one-time payment, tuition fees, mess charges, and hostel fees. Some of these components are charged only once at the time of admission, while the remaining are to be paid either annually or semester-wise as per the institute's guidelines.
