In any IIT, it will be difficult to get. As every candidate want to get CSE, so everyone prepare for it during their first year to get CSE in next year. Only top 5 or max 10 candidates get CSE branch upgradation from other branches. So, you can think how much difficult it will be. You have to be focused on studies full year. Fee structure and Facilities:
The fees structure here is different for juniors and seniors according to the stream and in which year they are. The fees is around 65k per semester including all the extra charges. But the hostel and mess charges are different from it.
