Since MHT-CET, the quotas have slightly changed. To the best of my knowledge, there is no sports quota in MHT-CET, there is only open category or reserved. However it is best if clarity is sought from MHT-CET and ILS.

There have been many changes under the MHT-CET regime. Earlier in MHT-CET, there were NRI and foreign student seats, I am not sure how is it now.

Yes, transfer is accepted. The only thing that the college will consider is your score in the first year. You can also call the college office and get the further details as to how much marks, the procedure, the date and the documents required
