- Students have to apply at MHTCET Cell site for MHCET Law required for BA LLB, BBA LLB and LLB programmes. The application fees for MHCET Law is INR 1,000 (INR 800 for reserved category candidates from Maharashtra).
- Aspirants need to appear for MHCET Law. Students can check MHCET Law result on the official website of Maharashtra CET.
- Students must score equal or above ILS Law College cutoff. The cutoffs are competitive for ILS Law College courses. In 2025 MHCET Law cutoff, the closing percentile was 99.52 for BBA LLB and 99.32 for BA LLB for General AI Category. The closing percentile was 98.77 for LLB.

Direct entry into ILS is not possible in the first year. Admission is by entrance test only. However, you can apply to transfer after the first year.
