No, with this rank you can't get and not even any Government college. May be, you can get private colleges like BBD SRMU SRGI Jaipuria Bansal University etc.

My general rank is 29 and GL rank is 6 in UPTU LEET. Can I get admission in IET Lucknow for CSE?

You have good chances of getting admission in IET. There are 5 girls above your rank. Only one seat is available for CS under the lateral entry scheme. Your admission depends on rest 5 girls and the branch they want to opt for.

IET-Lucknow is an up government college. There is not so much sincere faculty. There are different branches so there are many faculty. In some branches faculty members are very fabulous and in other branches is less number of permanent faculty
