The total tuition fee of studying MBA at IET Lucknow is INR 1.2 lakh. The overall fee may include other components like secutiy deposits, exam fee, application fee, hostel fee, mess charges, etc. This can be considered relatively expensive. While this is considered as expensive as private institutions.
Institute of Engineering and Technology AKTU Lucknow provides schlarship programs in the form of financial assistance to meritorious students who generally belongs to SC/ST/OBC category under the UP state scholarship scheme.
Every year UP state government releases a free reimbursement for every student of AKTU-affiliated colleges, who are struggling financially to support their education process. Students enrolled in AKTU can get their access to register themselves for AKTU fee-waiver scholarship schemes through the scheme .
Eligibility criteria for Fee -waiver scholarship scheme of AKTU:
- Candidates must be enrolled in UG course at any of AKTU-affiliated colleges.
- Candidates should be from SC, ST, or OBC category.
- The family income of the candidate should not be more than 1 Lacs per annum.

The Department of Biotechnology provides the MTech programme. M.Tech is a 2 year programme and has 4 semesters. It is a full time course and the oldest programmes given by the IET Lucknow. The department also provides PhD programme and has good facilties for all.
