Hi Mayank, the eligibility criteria for shortlisting and admission is not constant as in case of many other B-Schools. Therefore it's too early to comment on it. However, your score in higher secondary looks good enough. Still I would suggest you to wait for some more time to know about the CAT eligibility scores.

Placements at IRMA have always reflected the Institutes mission and vision. This has echoed for the past 40 years in the 100% placements record of the Institute. Several national and international organizations like NDDB, Amul, World Bank, Reliance Foundation, Godrej, Pidilite, ITC, Adani, IndusInd, Big Basket, Future Group, Grofers and Light recently selected students for the Winter Internship, I. e. the Management Traineeship Segment of PGDRM. The students were placed within three days with the highest stipend being Rs. 1.80 Lacs. The mean stipend was Rs. 48,840. This year onwards, IRMA will be shortlisting and calling applicants in two ways:
1. Merit-based Calls: Candidates who score above 85 percentile in CAT 2018/XAT 2019 are eligible to be shortlisted for IRMASAT and GA and PI process.
2. Profile-cum-merit based Calls: Candidates who score above 80 percentile in CAT 2018/XAT 2019 and fall in the Profile-based call criteria will be shortlisted for IRMASAT and GA and PI process. The key criteria to shortlist candidates based on profile are: (I) Excellence: Graduation from Top universities and Colleges, (ii) Work Experience in Social Impact, Community Development, Livelihoods, Policy and Advocacy, Agriculture and Allied sectors; (iii) Graduation in Social sciences, Development studies, Agriculture and Allied sciences
Shortlisted candidates will be called for selection process at IRMA where they will have to take the IRMA Social Awareness Test 2019 IRMASAT 2019), Group Activity and Personal Interview. Starting this year, IRMASAT will be conducted at IRMA campus itself. Shortlisted applicants who come for their GA/PI will first have to write IRMASAT. The indicative syllabus for the test will include issues of social concern, rural development, Indian economy with special focus on government schemes for rural India. IRMA will also be releasing a sample question paper for IRMASAT shortly.
