No, but don't know why JIS College's rank is so high in local newspaper ratings, may be it is paid promotion but from study point of view there are many other colleges which are better than JIS.

If your WBJEE rank is good, say below 15k then you can apply for JIS College of Engineering.

If you are talking about CSE branch then it is the best branch in JIS as per my knowledge. If you get better than JIS you should get.
