For admission in NIT Kurukshetra, you must score more than 90 percentile to stand 100% chances. However, for core branches, you have to score more than 96.

Yes, you can easily get admission in these colleges with this score and under this quota. But, you should try for the other good colleges of Delhi like DTU and other private colleges as your score is quite good. As DTU is better than NIT Delh

Placements are good. See, it depends on the company, if they want a person for the research work then they will only hire M.Tech students and if they don't then they will not hire those students.
