NIT Delhi JEE Main cutoff 2025 has been released for all rounds. The cutoff was released for candidates belonging to the All India and Home State quota for BTech course specialisations.

NIT Delhi conducts admissions to its flagship BTech and M.Tech courses through the entrance test basis. Students can appear for the prominent accepted exams for Engineering programs and obtain valid scoring. Entrance exams include Junior Entrance Examination (JEE) Main, Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE), and Centralized Counselling for M.Tech./M.Arch./M.Plan (CCMT).

JEE Main is conducted in two sessions each year, with session 2 usually held in April. For the current cycle, NTA had announced the JEE Main Session 2 exam dates, and the exams for Paper 1 (BTech) were conducted on April 2, 3, 4, 7, and 8. The registration for session 2 is now closed. Yes, NIT Delhi does offer M.Tech courses for two years. The institute offers several specialisations in M.Tech courses, such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, etc. The eligibility criteria required for admissions to M.Tech courses are candidates must qualify for their bachelor's from a relevant stream such as MSc in Chemistry/ Physics/  Material and relevant disciplines for admissions to M.Tech in Industrial Chemistry, BE/ BTech/ BSc (Engineering)/ MCA/  MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Computing for M.Tech in Mathematics Computing, etc. 

NIT Delhi offers two-year M.Tech programmes with the following specializations: Analytics in Computer Science and Engineering, Power Electronics and Drives in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, VLSI in Electronics and Communication Engineering, and CAD/CAM in Mechanical Engineering. Students are admitted based on their GATE scores and through the CCMT counseling process. Each programme offers 15 regular seats and 2 seats for DASA students.
