NIT-Delhi is among top NITs of India so you need to score very well to get any good branches there. Considering your category, any score more than 210 is considered safe for admission.

Not sure about your state but you can definitely try for a better branch in home state or Colleges like DTU, Trichy, Surathkal.

If your state of domicile is Delhi then at least 200 marks are required for core branches such as ECE, ME, CSE or IT.

Yes, your chances are there for getting NIT, Delhi. But, I am not sure about the branch. You may have to compromise with the branch. But, NITs are good for all branches. So, you can think of it.
