We do not have Management quota. Work-ex is always an advantage. For the PGDM course a work-ex of less than 5 Years is accepted and PGPM course would expect candidates of above 5 years of Work-ex

You are eligible is you clear the cut offs of either XAT/CAT/GMAT. There are no cut offs on academics published. The cut offs for entrance exams can be found at http://www.spjimr.org/pgdm/admission-shortlist-process.aspx
