Stepping zone of my career.
Placements: SPJIMR's Global Management Programme is a magnet for top talent scouts from consulting giants like Accenture and Boston Consulting Group, as well as FMCG powerhouses like Hindustan Unilever and Nestlé, offering highly competitive salaries with 19.4 lacs per annum as the best package.
Infrastructure: The mode of fee payments would be arranged according to the facilities provided by the students. All modes of money transactions should be accepted by the college. Supports students with both the mode of studying and helps us in the usage of online tools.
Faculty: Teachers are more passionate about their work, they are very active on social media, and we may contact them at any time to clarify any doubts related to subjects. They are highly suggesting some good things required to develop our skills and improve further, which leads to a successful career journey.

A few notes about my college.
Placements: The competition for placement is so huge. Nearly 1000+ students participate in the campus drives throughout the academic year. So, we should be well groomed by the training cell, and our hard work plays an important role in our selection in the recruitment process. Also, 87% of students get placed from our college in on-campus drives.
Infrastructure: Sometimes it's difficult to understand the college's working process. The cultural and other events are conducted at the request of students. But in the previous year, they didn't conduct any events. At the entrance of the college, we must sign the records for entry while we choose to use the campus bus for transportation.
Faculty: Teachers also follow the dress code strictly as insisted by the management. Our teachers are so active and have good relationships with industrial people, so they would help us in getting industrial experience. Exams are not as easy as expected, a few of my friends still have backlogs.

Global Management Programme (GMP) - Batch of 2023

3Placements3Infrastructure3Faculty3Crowd & Campus Life4Value for Money
The only reason to love the college was the placements.
Placements: Firstly, the importance of opportunities abroad provided for this specific course was significant. Around 10 to 15% of students from SPJIMR, Mumbai received offers in Dubai and Singapore with packages above 10 LPA. The median package offered to the placed candidates by most companies was 3.45 LPA.
Faculty: Teachers struggled to finish the portions on time, as a lot of curricular and co-curricular activities were conducted in the college. So, teachers skipped most of the tests and a few important portions, considering the hectic schedule. Semester exams were easier if we didn’t skip the important questions.
Other: The college attained significant growth within a short period. It raised funds for the development of the college and its administration. The college administration was very stubborn with its decisions once they were made. It also helped most students complete their education with lower fee charges if they were unable to pay due to economic situations.

Well-furnished course in a reputed college.
Placements: Top corporate companies like TCS, Gyrus Systems, and P&G participate in the recruitment process of our college. The package offered to the students should vary, which was fully based on the talents of the hired candidates. The best package offered to the students would be 13.6 lacs.
Infrastructure: This college would be economically preferable for students from various backgrounds. All the online and offline resources and technologies would be accessible to all the students. Individual enrollment identity cars would be given to all the students for easier accessibility. Also, encourage us to collect scholarships for doing our courses.
Faculty: Faculty members look for disciplined students rather than good-performing students. To approach the faculty members to improve our academic performance wasn't thus much easier. We should behave well and be obedient to the rules and instructions of them without any questions.

A short description of my college.
Placements: Global Management Program is one of the top preferred courses at SPJIMR, Mumbai. Business analyst, consultant, and trainee are some of the roles students get placed in every academic year. Most probably, 82% to 90% of students get placed at the end of every academic year.
Infrastructure: The management of the college always says that participation is more important than winning or losing. Students dress conservatively according to their convenience, but it must be formal. They pave a path for creation, innovation, and implementation, followed by success.
Faculty: Attendance history is most important, the student has to write semester examinations without any punishment or penalties. Faculty members arrange extra classes for students who are unable to perform well in the mid-exams. Weekly assignments and challenges are prepared by them using Google links.

Interested students only benefited from placements.
Placements: The maximum package offered is 19.5 LPA. The moderate package offered is 6.4 LPA, and the minimum package offered is 3.5 LPA for skilled candidates. Students with curiosity are preferred to participate in the placement training, and they are highly benefited.
Faculty: The course coverage is huge, and it's not possible to complete the whole portion within the specified time schedules. So teachers mostly skip various topics in the middle of the syllabus. Teachers prepare us for examinations by making us study all the important questions without skipping a single question to score passing grades. The college properly maintains time schedules for all disciplines without any confusion. The college aimed to treat all students with uniformity without any discrimination. College usually decides most things based on the voting systems, so college is literally favorable to students.
