Can I get admission with 64% marks in 10+2 exam from WBCHSE board? I have 66 mark in physics out of 100.

The fee structure for B.Com (Morning) is pretty simple. During admission, one has to pay around 25000 and after that, in every quarter it's 9900, at the beginning of every semester 1500 extra. After completion of the 1st year, there will be a yearly fee of 10000 to be paid. At beginning of the 3rd year, it will be 5000.
Cutoff totally depends on the marks of the applicants. At this moment it's very tough to tell about the cut-off. You're eligible to apply and your marks look pretty good. I hope you will get through!

We really can't say that as the cut-offs vary every year.
If your overall percentage is 90+, you sure shot gonna make it.
If from 85-90, then you do have a chance in the 2nd list.
