For applying in St Xavier's College, Kolkata for B.Sc(Hons.) in Physics, you must secure minimum 60% in physics and 60% in aggregate. Your compulsory subjects are Physics and Mathematics.

Firstly, for B.Com the percentage for all the boards are different, like for CBSE, last year it was 93% and ISC it was 95% and for state board it was 88%, for merit listing. You can definitely apply for the course and wait for the result, if not 1st list then you might stand a chance in the second list. Secondly for BMS, you have to sit for an entrance exam, and thus the proper aggregate percentage including the board marks and test marks will make you eligible for admission. The cut off are pretty high as well. Link for BMS: http://www.sxccal.edu/admissions/SXCAdmission2018/UG8102/infoBMS.htm.

Congratulations on scoring such amazing marks. I am sure you have 100% chances for applying in St. Xavier's College, Kolkata for B.A in English honors. About the merit listing part I am not sure though now as it depends on the cut-off and all. All I can say is you can calculate your index percentage from the link given below. The cut off stays pretty high every year.

There is a little chance for you to get into Xavier. Whatsoever, don't lose hope, you have 100% chance for applying other Xavier's. I'm not sure about the merit list.
If not the first list, you may get a chance in the second list(if any). The cut-offs are pretty high. It was around 92% last year.
