It is always better to do a productive work rather than sitting idle. Hence it is advised to take up the clerical job and leave it later to continue with your MBA education when the time arrives.

Hi Nikhil,
There are a couple of entrance exams, which you can prepare to get into a b-school, like CAT, SNAP, XAT, NMAT, IIFT, CMAT, CET or MAT. You can prepare for them by yourself, if you are confident enough or take help of any coaching institute which prepares for MBA.
All the best.

EducationConsultant,

Valuable work experience from good company is always an advantage (after B.Com). Plan to pursue MBA after 3 to 4 years of work experience. With more than 5 year of work experience, MBA may be an option for you. In either case, after MBA, you will have better opportunities in different companies. If you want to do business of your own it would be better to go for CA + MBA as it will provide you better exposure to real life business situations through case studies, role plays, etc. which are an essential part of MBA curriculum. Many institutes have their Entrepreneurship Development Cells too which help the students in their start ups.
